Teachers' Day in Paraguay, known as Día del Maestro, is celebrated every April 30. This day allows students and parents to express their gratitude and appreciation for teachers. The date was established during a national convention of Paraguayan teachers in 1915 and has been observed annually since then. Although it is not an official public holiday, it is widely celebrated in both state and private schools across the country.
