Vigan Cityhood Day (Araw ng Pagkalungsod ng Vigan) is observed in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, every January 22. This day commemorates Vigan's promotion from a municipality to a city, a status officially recognized in a plebiscite held in 2001. The city, known for its well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999.
