Energy Conservation Day is observed in Kazakhstan every November 11. Established by the government in 2019, this day coincides with International Energy Saving Day, which has been celebrated in various countries since 2009. Despite these efforts, energy consumption in Kazakhstan continues to rise, with large industrial enterprises accounting for over 65% of total energy use.
