The main celebration occurs in Belgrade, where a professional conference allows selected wineries to showcase their Prokupac wines and share knowledge to enhance the country's wine industry. Wineries, wine shops, bars, and restaurants participate by organizing tastings, workshops, and other events for wine enthusiasts. Prokupac is primarily used to produce rosé wines, known for their deep ruby color, and is also blended with international grape varieties. Celebrating this day can also be done individually by purchasing a bottle of Prokupac wine and sharing it with friends while promoting the holiday on social media.
