Bravehearts Day is observed in Australia on September 12 each year. Formerly known as White Balloon Day, this annual nationwide campaign aims to raise awareness of child sexual abuse and support affected children. In 2022, the event was renamed to address environmental concerns regarding balloons, but its mission remains focused on encouraging survivors to speak out and educating the public on protecting children from abuse. Participants can support the cause by donating to Bravehearts and adding names to the Wall of Hope, symbolizing a future free from child sexual assault.
