Administrative Service Center Employee Day is observed in Ukraine every September 6. This official professional holiday celebrates the contributions of employees working in administrative service centers, which were first established in 2013 following the adoption of the Law on Administrative Services in 2012. The holiday was first informally celebrated in 2019 before being officially recognized by the Cabinet of Ministers in 2021. The primary role of these centers is to enhance the accessibility and quality of public administrative services, allowing citizens to obtain various documents and assistance in one location, thus streamlining previously complex procedures. As of January 1, 2021, there were 867 administrative service centers across Ukraine, which provide hundreds of services, including issuing IDs and managing real estate issues. The date of September 6 was chosen to commemorate the law's adoption, and the holiday is marked by over 5,000 employees nationwide.
